    I strive to cultivate a deep sense of empathy and unconditional positive regard to build a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment for clients to explore their greatest potential. My belief in the power of human resilience drives my work with clients, resulting in an eclectic, creative, and client-centered approach that aligns with individual needs and preferences. I have extensive knowledge in trauma informed care, evidenced based practices such as CBT & DBT, ACT, creative arts therapies, narrative therapy, existential therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness.

    In addition, as a registered Dance/Movement Therapist, I work through a holistic and mind/body lens to bring healing and integration of the whole self. I work individually with clients to increase emotional regulation and build approachable coping strategies to navigate our changing world.

    I specialize in supporting clients who are managing adjustments and life-transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma-and-stressor-related disorders, gender, sexuality, and or identity development, & relational concerns.
